I had a small issue with my account after paying, and I was a little unsure at first because you never really know how helpful support will be once they already have your money. I messaged them expecting a long wait, but they got back quickly. I did have to explain the problem twice, which was a bit annoying, but they eventually fixed it without too much back and forth. Not perfect, but overall it was a decent support experience

I’ve been having a good time here because there are so many games to choose from that I don’t get bored. I’m hoping there’s some kind of bonus or compensation for sharing feedback, but overall, the variety has been great

I’ve used Karma 8A a couple of times now, and pretty much nothing weird has happened with my account so far. Logging in felt normal, and the payments went through like I’d expect, so it didn’t give me super shady vibes right away.

I found the whole verification process really frustrating. They kept asking me for the same documents over and over, and every time I contacted support, the replies took ages. After a while it started to feel like I was begging them just to sort out my own account, which left me resentful. Even now, the issue still isn’t fully fixed.

I did get my payout, but it took a while to come through. Not a huge issue, just wish withdrawals were a little faster :/

I’m giving 2 stars because the payout took way too long for me. I kept checking in, and support mostly just repeated the same generic stuff about their policy and processing times, which got frustrating. I get that there are rules, but it felt like the policy was being used as an excuse instead of actually helping. The money did show up eventually, but the whole thing was annoying and definitely not a smooth experience.

I got my bonus without any weird catches, which I appreciated. The wagering terms were easy enough to understand — not perfect, maybe, but clear enough. So yeah, no real complaints from me
